Located in the heart of Codsall, the Ceremonial Suite offers an elegant and relaxed setting for civil marriages and partnership ceremonies, renewal of vows, baby naming ceremonies and other celebrations or memorial events.

We want to make sure that you celebrate or mark the occasion in style and we pride ourselves on offering a personal and friendly service.

Delivering an affordable and professional service, the Ceremonial Suite is perfect for smaller weddings and events and it is an approved venue for civil marriages and civil partnerships with a designated ceremony room.

Situated on the ground floor of the Council Offices, the Ceremonial Suite seats up to 50 guests and is perfect for an intimate wedding. Its ivory décor provides a classic backdrop that couples can choose to customise with additional room dressing options. Room dimensions: 11m x 11.45m. Area: 126m2

Booking a ceremony

Our professional and dedicated wedding co-ordinator will help make your day special ensuring your wedding is planned to perfection. We want to make the planning process as enjoyable and stress-free as possible and we’re here to guide you through all of your wedding preparations as well as on the special day itself.

Days and times

Ceremony bookings are available Monday to Saturday, subject to availability.

Access

The Ceremonial Suite has the added advantage of private access and it is fully accessible.

Car parking

There is free car parking for all guests located on the Council car park nearby. We can offer separate entrances so both parties can arrive separately if they wish to keep with tradition.

Music

Music is an important part of any wedding and the Ceremonial Suite has its own BOSE sound system so you can play the music of your choice during the entrance of the bride and throughout the ceremony.

Catering for your wedding

We offer a variety of catering options to suit your budget including afternoon tea and cakes. Special diets can be catered for.

The perfect wedding package

We understand that every wedding is unique and we can help you create the perfect wedding tailored to suit your individual requirements and make recommendations based on your budget.

Our Elegance Collection package can be adapted to cater up to a maximum of 50 guests. Optional extras are also available and we can recommend suppliers for wedding enhancements such as wedding candy carts to make your day truly special.

  • White chair covers and sashes personalised to your colour theme.
  • BOSE sound system to play your chosen ceremonial music.

Prices start from as little as £799.

Extra special touches, such as; traditional afternoon tea, a candy cart and LOVE letters are also available upon request.
